My name is Sheref Shahid, and I joined Protos in 2023 as a National Sales Director. I am based in Northern New Jersey and I have over 25 years of consistent success in business development, sales management and site security operations leadership. I am enthusiastic, persuasive and accountable. I have an extensive history of fostering teamwork, engagement, collaboration and goodwill at all levels within company and client organizations to capitalize on opportunities, improve efficiencies, increase revenues, exceed goals, and deliver best-in-class customer experience. I have lifelong security industry experience starting as a security officer and earning advancement opportunities to entry, mid and senior-level management positions within the service as well as the sales teams. I am a member of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and a past member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
