About Me

My name is Mark Sullivan, and I joined Protos in 2021 as a National Sales Director. I am based in St. Louis, MO and I hold a BSBA in Marketing from University of Missouri-St. Louis. I have enjoyed over 25 years of consistent success in sales and sales management in the financial services, facilities, and security industries. I was a Business Development Manager at a leading security  company  from March, 2018 until I joined Protos in June, 2021. I am currently a member of ASIS International, the world’s largest association for security professionals. As a relatively new addition to the Protos family, my initial goal was to fully integrate myself into the Protos culture while leveraging the 25+ years of sales and sales management experience to hit the ground running. I can honestly say that I’ve never worked in a more collaborative culture where everyone is genuinely pulling for each other and working toward the same goals of focusing on our clients and growing the business.  My most relevant strength is listening to clients, understanding their problems and using critical thinking skills to help solve their problems with mutually beneficial outcomes.  I treasure diverse relationships, both personally and professionally. I find learning about other people and cultures to be fascinating and truly believe that we all have far more in common with each other than we have differences. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. My wife and I have been married for 27 years, and we have a 22-year old son and a 17-year old daughter. I am an avid sports fan and enjoy cooking, playing golf and camping.
