I met with our VRM representative approximately every 60 days for a quarterly review. During this review, we are given performance metrics, what we are doing well, and shown where we are needing improvement, if any. This information is always clear, concise and delivered gracefully, and factually. This is a professional meeting, but a meeting that always feels intimate in the way of a true valued partnership, a true relationship. Often security can feel unappreciated from a public perspective. Never has 3JS Security left with a feeling of being underappreciated or under valued by our Protos family. This doesn't mean there hasn't been times of frustration (rarely) experienced in the nearly 5 years of partnership from either 3JS or Protos as frustration in business is normal and expected at times. However, it's the way Protos handles, listens, accesses, evaluates and reacts to our concerns that is of the most value. That is a truly valued partnership! Our designated site Protos Service Agents,Senior Service Agents and Account Managers are very responsive and place an immense amount of trust in 3JS which means a lot to us. We too trust the Protos service department immensely. Our daily and regular interactions with Protos is extremely positive across all departments. Protos is often and highly recommended by 3JS to other Security Providers looking for strong partnerships within the industry.
