One of the features that stands out to us is Protos' 24-hour dispatch capability, with the ability to speak with a live dispatcher at any time. This gives us reassurance and provides quick resolution to issues as they arise. We also like the mobile app, which allows the guards to clock in and out and track the guard's location in real time.
I have had a really good experiences with the people at Protos. I started working as a vendor with them middle of 2025. It has been slow in terms of work orders but the ones I received were fair in pricing. The dispatchers are easy to talk with. The Vendor relations manager is very accessible. I am hoping for a better relationship this year.

Protos is doing everything well in our assessment but for charging us 3% on our invoices that are paid on 15 days net, even for temporary sites. It doesn't feel right to assign your vendor to complete a job for a few days or weeks and still hold payment for 30days. And when we request 15 days payment, you charge us 3% of that same lean invoice. We are aware that you bill your clients before even accepting such contract.

My experience with Protos has been ok, but the one thing about Protos that concerns me if the method of how they distribute the work to security companies like myself. Its been times that i haven't had jobs in a month or two and found out that many jobs have been given out to other companies as if my company was over looked and the dispatchers showing favoritism to other security companies.'
