How Protos Delivered A High-touch, Field-driven solution

For large, complex enterprises, security performance isn’t always defined just by spend, but more so by outcomes. Fortune 500 organizations with multi-million-dollar security budgets often find themselves underserved by traditional guarding models that prioritize scale over accountability and centralization over field execution.

This case study examines how a Fortune 500 energy company transformed its security program by shifting to a Managed Services Provider (MSP) model working with Protos Security. Through a high-touch, field-driven MSP approach, Protos replaced fragmented service with resilience, transparency and operational control. The result was not just improved coverage, but a fundamentally different security experience. One that was designed for complexity, built for remote environments and proven where traditional models break down.
