Where to even start , First of let me start by saying communication is everything to me and PROTOS team does such a great job with this. If you're a SMALL business trying to grow they will give you all the work you need to start growing, your vendor relations managers do whatever they can to get a contract that you can work with, dispatch does an amazing job at always answering calls immediately. The on boarding team is great! Very patient and informative . Even once you have the contracts, the SERVICE agents do a great job at helping you keep a great connection between your business and the clients needs. I am able to provide FAMILIES with work thanks to the GREAT work of the Protos team, we could not have done this on our own, it has all been TEAM work all around , feels like a dream at times but its not , this is really how Protos operates and I'm thankful for the opportunity.
