Security Services Holdings LLC (dba Protos Security), the leading tech-enabled vendor managed services security provider in North America, announces that it has acquired Summit Off Duty. Protos Security is a portfolio company of Southfield Capital and adding Summit to the portfolio expands the service offering and value to its customer base. The transaction closed on March 1, 2024.
