How does great technology impact the day to day operations of a guard force? Below is an example of the activities captured, managed and controlled by our system in the life of a single day of service at one of your stores. As an example, call it store #10558.  The goal is to demonstrate how our system is designed with you, the client, in mind.  We start with a prerequisite list of tasks we perform to successfully get started on the right foot with you and your vendors.  Next we show how our system highlights alerts & notifications during a day’s schedule.

Case Scenario:
Permanent Guard Service at Location Store # 10558 has a schedule of 11AM – 10PM, 7 days/week.

Either through a phone conference call or through email, we provide your Guard Vendor an Operations Bulletin for the TeleReport Reporting System which provides instruction on how to successfully clock in/out and report incidents at Store #10558.

A work order is created that ties together the client, the client location, and your guard vendor with a schedule and parameters.

During a day’s schedule….. (Schedule is 11:00 – 22:00 for Friday, 7/18/14)
