LABOR EXPENSE INTELLIGENCE

LABOR MARKETS CAN RAPIDLY CHANGE.
SECURITY PROGRAMS HAVE TO KEEP UP.

Every successful security program starts with getting labor right.

Labor is one of the biggest drivers of security program success. That’s why Protos developed LEXI, our proprietary Labor Expense Intelligence capability.

Built specifically for the physical security industry, LEXI gives our security experts the market insights they need to make faster, more informed staffing and pricing recommendations.

By spending less time gathering information and more time evaluating what it means, our teams help clients build security programs with greater confidence, stronger staffing strategies, and a better foundation for long-term success.

A LABOR RATE CAN Look RIGHT AND STILL BE WRONG FOR THE MARKET.

From one ZIP code to the next, the competition for qualified employees can change dramatically. A wage that works in one market may fall short in another.
Security providers are not only competing with one another for talent, they are competing with the retailer, warehouse, delivery company and other hourly employers down the street.

When a security wage cannot compete, the effects extend beyond recruiting:

Posts become harder to fill

Turnover puts pressure on service

Program launches take longer

Contract performance can be put at risk

Staffing plans become harder to sustain

FROM DATA TO DIRECTION

Make Smarter Decisions.

LEXI is not about finding a wage.
It is about understanding everything behind it.
